Although we do our very best here at Jessie Paige Art to ensure all of our products are of the highest quality and packaged extremely carefully for delivery we understand that there is a chance of items arriving faulty. If that is the case, we are extremely sorry. Please return your faulty item to us within 14 days of receipt. We will then be able to replace or refund your item once we receive it back. Please leave your name and contact information in your return package as well as the reason for return. -Personalised Products - With personalised products it is entirely up to you to ensure that the details you provide us with when ordering is exactly as you want it written on your product. We will copy EXACTLY what you have written in your order and therefore the item cannot be refunded or replaced if you receive it with a spelling mistake. Please make sure you check spellings and wording before ordering to make sure you are 100% happy with it! (Obviously, if we have made the mistake and it is different to on your order then we will of course replace or refund your item)
