Unfortunately, if your item is faulty please return to us as soon as possible, and in any event within 14 days of receipt so that we can either replace or refund your order.
*PERSONALISED CARDS* - It is up to the customer to ensure that all spelling on personalised items are correct. We will print your item EXACTLY as is spelt on the order. Once printed, we cannot change the spelling and you will be charged the full amount for the card.
If in the case that WE have made the mistakeand have printed the card differently to the order, then of course, we will refund or re-print your card.
When returning, please enclose your name and contact information as well as your reason for return.
